About Us

Field Development Partners LLC was founded in 2013 by Jeffrey Moore. Prior to FDP’s founding, Jeff was President of Doris, Inc., a full services engineering and project management firm from 2004 to 2013. While President, Jeff also served as field development advisor, Project Manager, and Project Sponsor for numerous studies. Jeffr also served as President of Doris Construction Support Services LLC, an inspection and site construction management-focused firm, from 2011 to 2013. 

Prior to Doris, Inc., Jeff was employed by Chevron from 1989-2004 as a Facilities Engineer and Project Manager in positions of increasing responsibility, in both capital projects and operations support roles. 

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder in Civil Engineering. He completed a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, and subsequently received an MBA from the University of Houston.

Jeff is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and California and a Project Management Professional. He is also a Commander in the US Navy Reserve, having served in Iraq, Korea, Okinawa, Germany, California, and Virginia.
